firms have with reporting to clients, interested third parties, brokers,

Job Description:
Lync.NET is seeking a
Client Services Representative to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical
support for its market leading document collation automation system >
PackMan. The ideal candidate should have a bachelors
degree and at least 1 year
of experience performing direct customer service of desktop and/or server
based applications. Lync.NET offers a
competitive salary and outstanding bonus plan with total compensation in excess
of $75,000 per year plus an excellent benefits package including health, life,
dental insurance, 401k, dependent care reimbursement account and 2 weeks paid
vacation in the first year.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Handling incoming support calls, troubleshooting and
resolving complex technical problems with not-so technical clients.
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of
database driven desktop and server based applications.
- Web site management of a database driven web based
application with content access controlled via login and password
permissions.
- Writing queries and views in SQL and importing data
via DTS.
- Training clients on the usage, administration and
troubleshooting of PackMan.
- MS Office mail merges and automation via VBA and
macros.
- Documenting and duplicating bugs in the lab,
escalating issues as necessary and managing issues to resolution.
- Writing requirements for new releases via use cases.
- Writing test cases and performing validation tests on
new releases and patches.
- Updating User & Administrative Manuals.
- Provide regular, on-going updates to customers
regarding open issues.
- Work with sales staff to give product demonstrations
and answer technical questions to prospective clients.
Desired Skills:
- Windows 2003 server and desktop management
experience.
- Microsoft SQL Server
2000 or SQL Server Express experience.
- Adobe Acrobat experience with settings,
tools and troubleshooting output and printing problems.
- Advent Axys or Schwab Portfolio Center
is not required, however experience is a plus.
- Excellent writing skills, particularly via
email to clients and internally on bug/enhancement documentation, solutions
and workarounds.
- Great phone manners and verbal
communication.
- Ability to manage multiple, highly detailed
and deadline sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical approach to requirements
gathering and problem solving.
- Great attitude, energy and enthusiasm are
essential.
- MS Live Meeting, Webex, VNC or other remote
desktop sharing application experience.
- Bugzilla, Elementool or other bug and
enhancement tracking application experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $25,000 to $50,000 base salary commensurate with experience.
- Generous bonus plans based on individual and company
performance.

- Salary, Bonus and Benefits could exceed $75,000 in
total compensation.
- Convenient east side downtown Salt Lake City location.
- Very little travel as most business is conducted over the telephone and via
Web based conferencing.
